Our Mission

Diane is an international yoga guide, calisthenics personal trainer, scientist and mum. She has built a tool kit to allow you to care for your mental, physical & emotional well being.

Through working with Diane you will have access to yoga, calisthenics and mindfulness practices. Diane combines her Strala yoga training with her experience as a medical scientists and personal trainer to create a sustainable and happy joyful approach to health.

Her style to guiding yoga and personal training embodies natural movement, breath, ease in strength and self care using a free and joyful approach in order to break down barriers within the wellness space and encourage people of all shapes and backgrounds to join in the fun. As a mum she also has a realistic approach to her guiding & programming.

She has trained in Scotland, Berlin and Geneva and continues to add to her learning every day.

With a professional medical science background Diane takes a science backed approach to her teaching within the health and wellness space.

Her movements and meditations are your stepping stones to a vibrant healthy life. Plus her tasty recipes fuel your every move!
